• Optional health and fitness context, such as soreness notes, injury limitations you choose to provide, Apple Health or device-derived workout context where enabled, and offline workout sync state.
• Usage, device, and diagnostics data, such as app interactions, device type, operating system, crash logs, performance events, approximate region, and basic analytics.
• Website data, such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser type, and cookie or similar technology data where used.

How we use information

• To create, personalize, and adapt your training program, workouts, progression targets, and coaching feedback.
• To save, sync, and restore workouts, including offline workout logs that sync when your device reconnects.
• To provide AI coach responses, debriefs, reminders, and support based on your profile and logged training.
• To operate, secure, debug, analyze, and improve the app, website, and infrastructure.
• To communicate with you about your account, support requests, product changes, safety notices, and service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, prevent abuse, and protect the rights and safety of users and our service.

AI processing

Brace AI uses AI systems to generate coaching responses, plan workouts, suggest adjustments, and explain training decisions. To do that, relevant parts of your profile, workout history, and coach messages may be processed by our systems and service providers. We do not use your private training data to sell advertising.

Health and safety

Brace AI provides general fitness and strength-training guidance. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Avoid entering sensitive medical details unless you are comfortable using them to personalize your training guidance.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the product, and only as needed to provide, secure, analyze, or support the service, or where required by law.

• Infrastructure and database providers that host, store, sync, and secure app data.
• Analytics and diagnostics providers that help us understand reliability, crashes, and product usage.
• AI and automation providers that help deliver coaching, summaries, and training recommendations.
